Job Title: Insurance Officer

Job Purpose:

To oversee all insurance operations within the company, including managing insurance policies, handling client claims, and ensuring compliance with insurance-related policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and renew insurance policies for the company and clients.
  • Follow up on insurance claims and ensure they are resolved efficiently and timely.
  • Provide guidance to clients and colleagues on insurance products, terms, and conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all insurance documents and transactions.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies and business partners to ensure high-quality service.
  • Prepare periodic reports on insurance status and potential risks for management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in insurance or risk management.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients.
  • Knowledge of local and international insurance regulations.
